Chapter 5 — Support

Support that starts before the lease and doesn't stop at opening.

The difference between a good franchise system and a brochure is what happens in the eighteen months around your opening. Here is exactly what we do.

Before you open

Getting the site, the build, and the team right.

Site selection and trade-area analysis

We review candidate sites against the trade-area profile that works for this model — daytime employment density, residential base, co-tenancy, and access. We will tell you when a site is wrong.

Design, build, and equipment

Prototype design and architectural coordination, equipment specification, and vendor setup. You are not designing a restaurant from scratch or sourcing a hot line on your own.

Initial training program

Two required trainees attend our initial training program in Chicago. There is no training fee for your first restaurant; you cover travel and related expenses, which Item 7 estimates at $10,000 to $25,000.

Grand Opening Support

We're in your restaurant when the doors open.

On-site grand opening support covers the first days of trading — the shift where the training either holds or it doesn't. Our team works the line with yours, alongside a local marketing push built for a new trade area.

After you open

Running the restaurant, not just launching it.

Marketing and local store marketing

A brand marketing calendar funded by the Brand Fund, plus local store marketing playbooks for grand opening and the first year of trading in a new trade area.

Supply chain and vendor programs

Access to the negotiated vendor and distribution programs the platform already runs. Purchasing power is one of the clearest advantages of joining an established system.

Operations coaching and reporting

The full reporting stack — sales, labor, cost of goods, and daypart mix — plus ongoing coaching from operators who have run these restaurants themselves.
